Every Thermastrike heat treatment is covered for 3 months from the treatment date. If live bed bugs are found in the treated area during that time, we will return and re-treat at no extra cost.
Conditions
- The preparation guide was followed in full
- The treated area has not been re-infested from an outside source (e.g. new second-hand furniture, travel, or neighbouring properties)
- Activity is reported to us promptly on 020 3600 0351
- The invoice has been paid in full

Call 020 3600 0351 or email eprlondon@hotmail.com with your address and treatment date. We will arrange an inspection and, where covered, a re-treatment.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
