These terms apply to all services provided by Thermastrike and to use of this website. By booking a treatment you agree to them.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. If the infestation or property differs on arrival, we may revise the price before starting work.
Your responsibilities
- Follow our preparation guide fully before treatment
- Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time
- Tell us about heat-sensitive items, medical equipment, pets or vulnerable occupants
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments may incur statutory interest.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations may be charged. Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless you ask us to begin work within that period.
Liability
We take every care during treatment. We are not liable for damage to heat-sensitive items left in the property contrary to our guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights.
Guarantee
Treatments carry a 3-month guarantee, subject to our Guarantee Terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
